Dan Hupp has over 40 years of experience in developing and conducting management development and certification workshops for organizations in a wide range of industries. The first six of those years, he was a section chief of management training at the Western Electric Corporate Education Center in Hopewell, NJ. He has developed a wide range of training programs for over 50 organizations, such as supervisory and management development, facilitator certification, and employee empowerment programs. Dan’s organization, Dan Hupp Performance Consulting, has recently worked with PNC, Development Dimensions International, Transitions Optical, Ansaldo STS, Horsehead Corporation, Levin Furniture and Five Star Development, Inc. to develop and implement leadership, employee retention and interviewing skills programs. In addition, Dan Hupp has been developing, customizing and conducting leadership and team assessments since 1990.
